Ann and Richard Blazejewski started the Mail Room Service Center in 1986 with a commitment to serving local businesses. Nearly forty years later, the company has grown into one of Michigan’s established mail service providers, processing more than 20 million pieces of mail each year for over 400 businesses across the state.

How it started

Growing With Michigan Businesses Since 1986

In 1986, Richard and Ann Blazejewski opened the doors to the Mail Room Service Center in Saginaw, Michigan. They may have been new to the presort mail industry, but they weren’t afraid to learn, work hard, and build something from the ground up.

What began with presorting mail for local businesses throughout Saginaw County quickly grew. As more businesses placed their trust in the Mail Room Service Center, the company expanded its service area, increased its processing capabilities, and eventually became the largest presort mail house in the area.

As the United States Postal Service evolved, they did also. Advances in postal automation, the introduction of mail barcoding and new opportunities for discounted postage rates allowed the Mail Room Service Center to invest in technology, expand its capabilities and provide even greater value to its customers.

Nearly four decades later, we’ve grown far beyond that original storefront.

Today, the Mail Room Service Center serves businesses and organizations throughout Michigan, providing presort and automation mail services, Marketing Mail and nonprofit mailing solutions, printing and inserting services, professional courier services, shipping and more.

The technology has changed. Our equipment has changed. Our service area has grown.

But the commitment that started it all in 1986 hasn’t changed.

First Class, Standard, letters and flats

Your postage is applied here rather than on a machine you lease. No equipment on your books, no reset fees, and one reconciled invoice at the end of it.

6 pocket inserter

Up to six pieces into one envelope

Folds, collates, matches to recipient, inserts and seals in a single pass.

Automatic tabber

One or two tabs by paper weight

Seals folded self mailers based on USPS specifications.

High tech printers

Variable data, forms, newsletters, invitations

Printed in the same building that mails it, so a job goes from press to sorter across a floor instead of spending two days in transit.
